CARDIAGORA

Terms of Service

Last updated August 24, 2026

1. Who can use Cardiagora

Cardiagora is intended for licensed physicians, physicians-in-training, and recruiters/agencies posting legitimate employment opportunities. By creating an account, you represent that the information in your profile — including your name, credentials, and NPI — is accurate.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may optionally verify your account by matching your NPI against the public NPPES registry; a verified badge means we've confirmed your NPI corresponds to an active provider whose name matches your profile — it is not an independent credentialing service and should not be relied on as one.

3. De-identify patient information

Do not post any information that could identify a patient — names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, unique imaging findings, or any other identifying detail. Case discussions must be de-identified. You are solely responsible for ensuring anything you post complies with applicable patient privacy laws (including HIPAA) and your institution's policies. Cardiagora is a peer discussion platform, not a medical record system, and content here does not constitute medical advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your credentials.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
  • Use the platform to solicit patients or advertise unrelated products/services without our consent.
  • Attempt to access other members' accounts or scrape the platform's data.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Cardiagora a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of operating the platform. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you share (images, case data, etc.).

6. Job listings

Some listings are posted directly by recruiters/facilities; others are aggregated from public sources such as USAJOBS. Cardiagora does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not a party to any resulting employment relationship. Verify details directly with the posting organization before applying or relying on them.

7. Industry access

We may offer aggregate, profile-level search (procedure expertise, training institution, specialty) to industry subscribers, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not include your private messages, CV, or account credentials.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent credentials, or misuse the platform. You may stop using Cardiagora, or request account deletion, at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Cardiagora is provided "as is." Content shared by members reflects their own views, not those of Cardiagora, and is not medical advice. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cardiagora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any content, job listing, or verification status shown here.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as Cardiagora evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
